Field Observations at Nyamuriro Wetland: Amphibians of the Papyrus Ecosystem for SEBU Biodiversity Protection Efforts

SEBU researchers conducted field observations at Nyamuriro Wetland, capturing vital data on amphibians like frogs, chameleons and toads. These insights will contribute to protecting the unique biodiversity of Uganda’s papyrus wetlands, aligning with national and global conservation efforts.
Creating models to identify wetlands that are likely to support large and sustainable populations of papyrus endemic birds, reptiles, and amphibians.
